One a day, throw away

I’m pretty sure that all these one-a-day probiotic, prebiotic, live culture yoghurt drinks are something of an environmental disaster. Should the manufacturers of these products really be encouraging the production of so much disposable packaging, without being made to encourage and facilitate the recycling of all that waste plastic?

While on the subject of yoghurt health drinks, does anyone really buy a product like this because it contains an ingredient called Bifidus Digestivum? It seems I’m not the only one to question the scientific validity of this one.
